A Word from Attorney Rossi
I currently live in Wheatfield, New York with my wife, Amy, my son Gino, and my daughter Gianna. I am originally from the CNY area (go 'Cuse!) but I have been living in WNY since 2000 when I started college at Canisius College.
Educational Experience
After college, and following a brief stint in Arizona, I went to the University at Buffalo School of Law and graduated in 2009 with a concentration in Housing Finance & Development. In 2010, I decided to start my own practice so that I could assist families and small businesses with their legal needs.
Professional Background
I previously worked as a licensed associate real estate broker for nearly 9 years, and most recently was associated with Recckio Real Estate & Development, Inc. in Williamsville, NY where I focused on selling and leasing commercial real estate. My experience in selling real estate has afforded me the opportunity to play a role that is unfamiliar to most lawyers.
I believe my experience selling real estate gives me a unique perspective that allows me to better serve and guide my clients during a real estate transaction whether it be buying or selling a property, investing in rental property, entering into a lease or refinancing a commercial property, or even helping real estate agents navigate legal issues.
Appreciation for Entrepreneurship
Having operated my own small business for several years allows me to appreciate the blood, sweat, and tears that small business owners experience. I truly believe the entrepreneurial spirit is inside all of us and is just waiting to be unleashed!
Let me help you navigate the start-up challenges that may stand in your way so that you don't waste time and resources in the future correcting past mistakes!
